As one of the first employees of QP, I have had the privilege to watch an idea transform into a company. Learning, collaboration and innovation are the three foundational pillars of QP that foster a culture of growth and teamwork.
Thakur, Designer
Working on the Clan and Mirror apps has completely changed how I look at development. Here, every feature has a purpose. I love that the Clan app doesn't just store videos, it provides custom reports that turn 'low performers' into high achievers. It’s about building things that actually make people better at what they do.
Compared to my previous companies, Quanta People is in a league of its own. Most places just want you to do the task. Here, they encourage you to learn and grow as you go. I’ve never felt more supported in my natural learning process, and it makes all the difference.
Veera, Mobile Application Developer
Eighteen months ago, I was an intern trying to understand how real-time data even works. Today? I’m managing the entire backend server stack for Quanta People.
My time building out Lens and our Admin Panel has been an eye-opener. As a backend dev, you don't always get to see the 'human' side of your work, but here, I get a front-row seat to how our tools help people. Seeing our products in action is honestly humbling, it’s a reminder that we’re not just moving data around, we’re building things that actually matter. It’s been an incredible jump, and I wouldn't trade this experience for anything.
Mounish, Back End Developer.
When I joined Quanta People, I wasn't sure what to expect. Everything was new, especially working on projects like Hierhaat and Deal+. But the daily scrum meetings helped me understand our goals right from the start. It didn’t take long for everything to click, and that’s when I realised how to be a part of the team.
This environment helped me grow and learn much faster than I imagined. I’m proud of how I’ve evolved here.
Sri Vaishnavi, Design Intern
Coming from a background focused on traditional movie editing, I was used to working in only one way. Quanta People has been a wonderful place to broaden my skills. Whether it’s corporate videos, explanatory videos, or corporate promotional videos, the team has given me the opportunity to explore many different styles. I’m happy to be growing my skills here and feel much more prepared to take on new creative projects.
Sonu, Video Editor.
Before joining Quanta People, I often felt like I had to work in isolation. If I had a technical question, it would sometimes take a long time to get the right people involved. Here, the culture is completely different. Whenever I'm working on a new feature, I can just turn to our designers or the backend team to talk things through. That open communication has been a huge help for me.
I’ve found a lot of joy in our daily planning sessions. It’s not just about completing tasks, it’s about seeing how my frontend work fits into the bigger picture of what the whole team is building
Revanth, Front end developer.
Working on Hierhaat has been a fantastic experience, and I am grateful to be part of a team that listens to my ideas and values my contributions. It is very encouraging to know that my work matters here. I have learned that starting a career can be a positive and exciting journey when you are surrounded by a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
Venkat, Front end developer.
