To make youth WIN in their first Job!

From the time a child is born, the drama begins. First, send the child to a pre-primary to get into the right school. Push hard to study for competitive exams to get into the right college. Then push to do well in college to get into the first right job! Youngsters realise in the first six months that they are unable to perform in the job and they QUIT. This is traumatic for them. We want to change this.
