What does the PULSE score represent?

It is a single, normalized percentage representing the overall 'health' of your frontline, factoring in productivity, motivation, and retention readiness.

What data is needed?

We require basic employee data, work history (like DOJ, branch), performance metrics (targets, achievements, incentives over 2 years), and responses from our short, customized surveys.

How long does the process take?

The analytics can be completed in just 2 days from receipt of clean data, with the survey running concurrently for a 3-week period.

How do you ensure data confidentiality?

Every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA. All survey responses are anonymized and aggregated; individual-level data is never shared. Our goal is to generate insights, not single out individuals.
